What are tokens?
Tokens are roughly equivalent to words — about 4 characters each. Every message you send and every response you receive consumes tokens. Your monthly token balance resets on the 1st of each month.
What happens when I run out of tokens?
You will not be able to send new messages until your balance resets at the start of the next month, or you purchase a top-up pack.
Do purchased tokens expire?
No — purchased tokens never expire and are consumed after your monthly allocation each month.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time and you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
How does annual billing work?
Annual billing is charged as a single upfront payment for 12 months. The per-month cost shown is that total divided by 12. Refunds are available within 14 days.
